The Expreso de La Robla offers two different itineraries depending on the season of the year:
La Robla itinerary
A trip from Bilbao to León and back to Bilbao (from Thursday to Sunday) visiting different selected spots as the masterpiece of the romanic art in Frómista, the León Cathedral and Parador de San Marcos, the roman village of La Olmeda, the Caves of Valporquero or the cities of Espinosa, Medina de Pomar and Balmaseda.
A perfect combination of exquisite gastronomy, landscapes, monuments and art, night-life and relax. Aa trip you will always remember.
Departures for this itinerary take place during the months of March, April, May, June, September and October (also in November during the 2014 season)
Paraiso Infinito itinerary
A trip from Bilbao to Gijón all along the cantabric coast and back to Bilbao (also from Thursday to Sunday) visiting Carranza, the Valley of Liébana, Potes, Ribadesella, Santander, Santoña and Gijón. Each of those places have a special attraction (both cultural and gastronomical) that will be experienced with all fives senses.
Departures for this itinerary take place during the months of July and August (two other departures are also scheduled in June and September for the 2014 season).
Sleeping cars and lounge cars
The train’s four sleeping cars (with 7 compartments each) fitted with all the necessary things to make your stay pleasant and comfortable in a modern atmosphere.
Three lounge cars, a permanent bar service, complete the space available to let you take the most out of this experience while on board.
In case you want to rent the train for conferences, seminars or business meetings, the lounges can be adapted to host your group (PC connections, big screen and speakers are at your disposal).
The trips inlcude:
